The choice of coaching methods is widening thanks to technology. Even work based coaching has changed tremendously.
Coaching methods differ according to the needs of the trainer and trainee or area of coaching. The goals and desires of the trainee also influence choice of method.
Coaching aspects include any area in an individual’s life or group that needs attention or improving. Key areas are sports, health, business, education, career, entertainment, divorce, relations, conflict, spiritual, motivational speaking, public speaking, life, studying, and finance.
Whether it is group or individual coaching the methods are similar to a large extent. Coaching methods may be verbal such as via telephone, teleconferencing, video conferencing, email, snail mail, one-on-one; or practical like in supervised practice.
Group coaching methods may be such as in seminar or workshop style or maybe in mastermind groups or teams.
